All products sold by Gaga and Co. Boutique are intended for pets only and should always be used under supervision. Our products are accessories and/or decorative items. We are not responsible for improper use.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items are made to order and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is an error on our part.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times may vary, especially for custom orders. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Gaga and Co. Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product colours, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate.

9. Care & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper fit and safe use of all products. Please regularly inspect items for wear and discontinue use if damage or irritation occurs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Gaga and Co. Boutique shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
